Group Yoga Classes
Group classes are appropriate for an all level audience. Students are encouraged to work at their own level and modify or intensify the class to fit their needs. Yoga Basics 4-Week Series
The Yoga Basics series is a good introduction to yoga for people who are new to yoga or who have been away from yoga and want to brush up on their skills before joining a group class at a yoga studio or gym. The series introduces breathing techniques and covers the basic standing and seated poses that you might encounter in a gentle vinyasa yoga class. It is a slow-paced gentle class, but expect to move...you may even break a sweat!
Private and Semi-Private Lessons
Treat yourself to the care and attention of a private yoga lesson. The personal attention of a private yoga lesson is the most effective way to accelerate the benefits of yoga. In this format I can give you the personal attention you need in order to design a practice tailored for your personal goals.

Small Group Semi-Private lessons are also an option if you and 2-10 of your friends want a unique, small group yoga class. You schedule the time for your class and have it personally developed to meet the wants and desires of your small group. Classes are designed to meet your groups experience and comfort level. This is a great option for beginning students or special events.
Consider a private lesson, if you:
- have a busy schedule and can’t find time to make it to group classes
- want to design a home yoga practice that you can practice over and over again by yourself
- must stay at home with your children after birth or due to illness
- are shy about group classes
- are new to yoga
- are recovering from injuries
- need specialized attention, including phone and email access, for any other reason
